Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on our easy returns policy. UK returns are free, all you need to do is log into your account and visit My Returns to get your free returns label.
Simply print it out, complete the form, apply it to the parcel and drop it off at the post office. Should you need any assistance, please email us at: help@tackville.com

Step 3) Select the Order, Complete Information & Click Submit Request:

4) Print out the Returns Label, Apply it to the Parcel and Drop it off at the Post-Office. 
All non-uk returns are to be sent back at the expense of the customer. Please see below on where & how to return such items and the details required for processing. 

We promise to refund any item for any reason up to 365 days of dispatch, as long as you return it in a saleable condition

International customers are required to pay for any returns, unless it is not what is stated on your order invoice or if an item is damaged. Please see sections 2 & 3 for more information on damages and problems.

1. How do i return an item?

To return an item all you need to do is complete the form and send back the item in a resalable condition in it’s original packaging,

Should you not have your invoice please contact us and we can email you another.

If you do not include the invoice or a form of identification, we will be unable to process your order unless you contact us.

We kindly request that you return the item in some form of bag, this is to protect the original packaging. In addition, please do not add stickers or tape to the original packaging as this can cause damage. 

Please contact us if you need any assistance. 

It is advisible to return any item using a tracked service, because if your return gets lost in the post we will be unable to assist you. 

2. My item is faulty, how can you help?

The first thing to do is contact us directly, you will be asked to provide photographs of the damage and the overall item. From here, we can then decide the best way to proceed. All cases are individually considered. Please be aware that we reserve the right to decline a return if an item shows disproportionate wear. 

Once a return has been authorised, please follow the returns steps above.

3. My item is incorrect, how can you help?

If it is not the item you ordered as stated on your order invoice, please contact us regarding the problem and follow the returns steps above. 

3.1 sizing faults

The majority of our items are a good fit, however sometimes there are manufacturer errors. We endeavour to correct this as soon as it is made known to us, always read the product description carefully as any known sizing errors will be identfied. Unless we receive a number of customer complaints about sizing on a particular style we would not consider them incorrect.

We recommend you read our sizing guide before ordering your item. We follow up all reported sizing problems by getting the items tried on by a person of the same size.

3.2 colour faults

We try and get the colour listings but different screens or lighting can cause the item to appear slightly differently. We do our best in this regard. Unless the colour is very different e.G. Black instead of white, we cannot refund your postage.

please return the item to us using the steps on the returns slip. 

4. Refunds and exchanges

Please allow 7-10 working days for us to process your refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse the item if it is not in a resalable condition.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Should your item not be in stock at the time of a return you will be refunded automatically. If we aware that your item will be coming back into stock we may hold your order, you can contact us at any time regarding your exchange.

5. What are my cancellation rights?

In addition to our returns policy, you can cancel your order with us at any time up until the day your order is shipped, after this you can return them for a full refund aslong as the item is unused.

You must then return the products as outlined in accordance with ‘how do i return an item?’. Please note that in order to cancel your order, you must return all the products from the initial order. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use or wear them. If you cancel your order with us, we will refund the amount due to you, including delivery charges (those that we charged to send the item to you, not to return the item), within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation.
